Only the four invited Google accounts can enter the journal. This information page contains no family photographs, posts or video links.

The family’s Mac connector imports Apple Photos with permission, screens images against the family’s strict exclusions and groups cleared photographs into memories. Originals remain in Apple Photos.
Family films
With the channel owner’s permission, Our Journal uses the YouTube API Services to find public and unlisted channel uploads. It reads video details and saves links as drafts. A family member must review the entire video before publishing its player in the private timeline. Videos play from YouTube when a member chooses to play them.
Optional music
Members can attach an Apple Music song to a memory and authorize playback with their own subscription. Music does not play automatically.
